You don't have to spend a lot of time preparing - breakfast can be as easy as 1-2-3!
Ingredients
- 1 Egg, cooked as desired
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1 Slice Bread or Pistolet
Directions
- Toast bread.
- Cook egg as desired. We prefer an over-medium egg, but scrambled will provide less gooey mess!
- Slice avocado and place on warm toast.
- When egg is cooked, place on top of avocado and salt and pepper to taste.
