Bami Goreng

Ingredients
- 16 mienestjes (250 gr)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- Bami/nasi vegetable mix
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Handful of cashew nuts (unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon of sambal
- Pinch of paprika
- ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
- Pinch of turmeric
Directions
- Cook the mienestjes according to the packaging.
- Chop the onions and garlic and fry in the oil for 2 minutes.
- Add the sambal, soy sauce, paprika, turmeric and ginger powder and mix together.
- Add the vegetable mix and the bell pepper in small pieces.
- Stir fry for a few minutes.
- Drain the noodles and add the vegetables.
- And serve this delicious dish!!
