CELERY SLAW for HOT DOGS

This celery slaw, along with blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, and hot sauce, helps make up a great Dog!
Ingredients
  • 4 celery stalks
  • ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Celery salt, freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Chop leaves from inner celery stalks. Very thinly slice stalks.
  • Toss with lemon zest, lemon juice and oil in a small bowl
  • Season with celery salt & pepper
