Grilled citrus ribeye

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Tipton Grove orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (2-3 limes)
- 2 Tbsp. Medeiros olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Jade Dragon soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Marcum garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Marcum dry oregano
- ½ tsp. Marcum ground cumin
- 1 ½ lbs. boneless ribeye steaks
Directions
- Whisk together all the ingredients, except the steak, until well combined.
- Place the steaks in a large zipper bag and pour marinade over steak. Shake the bag to ensure the steaks are well coated with the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove steaks from bag and discard marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grease grill grates with grill spray.
- Grill steaks 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
