In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a large zipper bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove chicken from bag and discard the marinade.
Preheat grill or large skillet to medium heat and oil the grates or the pan. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
