Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
- Linguine 500 gram
- Seafood (fruit de mer) 500 gram
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 2 cups diced tomato
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
Directions
- Boil the pasta until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside when finished.
- Meanwhile prepare your seafood in another skillet, drain (if necessary) and remove from heat when finished.
- Add butter to the pot used for boiling the pasta. Melt over a low heat and add in the onion.
- Allow the onion to cook until its translucent. Add in pasta, seafood, tomato, salt, pepper, and basil. Mix and cook over a low eat for a few minutes, then serve.
