Dutch Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 eggs.
- 1000 ml semi-skimmed milk.
- G'woon volkoren pannenkoeken mix.
- Toppings
Directions
- Put the content of this pack in a bowl and add 500 ml milk while stirring.
- Mix the eggs one by one into the batter with a mixer or whisk.
- Add the rest of the milk and mix again until a smooth batter is formed.
- Heat some liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and let the batter run thin.
- Bake the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
