FRUIT AND YOGURT POPS

Ingredients
2 cups frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 ½ tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 pinch of salt
1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt
Directions
- Combine the fruit, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and gently toss the ingredients together.
- Gently stir together the fruit and yogurt.
- Transfer the mixture into six individual 3-oz. paper or plastic cups and arrange popsicle sticks in the middle.
- Freeze overnight and enjoy!
