Ingredients
- 1 lb Mild Pork Sausage
- 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano Crushed
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 minced Garlic Clove
- 1/4 Cup 2% Milk
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 6 Flour Tortillas

- Combine pork, chili powder, oregano, salt and garlic: mix well.
- Cover and chill over night. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pork mixture until no longer pink. Drain; keep warm.
- Beat eggs and milk. In another skillet, heat oil. Cook eggs over low heat until set, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon the cup pork mixture and the cup eggs down the center of each tortilla.
