Ingredients
  • 2 eggs (separate whites and yolks)
  • 1 lettuce, cut lengthwise
  • Eddy oil for frying
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup ranch bacon dressing
  • Sweet chili sauce
Directions
  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Heat Eddy oil in a pan and fry the egg whites until crispy. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, lightly fry the egg yolks and set aside.
  4. Arrange the lettuce on a plate and place the fried egg whites and yolks on top.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce and ranch bacon dressing.
  7. Finish with a touch of sweet chili sauce before serving.
