Tuna & Egg Appetizer

Ingredients
- 2 eggs (separate whites and yolks)
- 1 lettuce, cut lengthwise
- Eddy oil for frying
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup ranch bacon dressing
- Sweet chili sauce
Directions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Heat Eddy oil in a pan and fry the egg whites until crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, lightly fry the egg yolks and set aside.
- Arrange the lettuce on a plate and place the fried egg whites and yolks on top.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and ranch bacon dressing.
- Finish with a touch of sweet chili sauce before serving.
